1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradeBuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. What TradeBuddy Does

TradeBuddy helps traders discover, connect, communicate, and share trading-related content. TradeBuddy is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, signal service, copy-trading platform, fiduciary, or financial institution. TradeBuddy does not execute trades or guarantee trading outcomes.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Community Standards

You may not harass others, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, send spam, solicit investments, make guaranteed-profit claims, distribute malware, manipulate markets, request brokerage credentials, bypass security, or use TradeBuddy for unlawful activity.

TradeBuddy may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access to protect users and the service.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant TradeBuddy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

7. Trading Risk and No Advice

Trading involves substantial risk and can result in significant financial loss. Content shared by members reflects their own opinions and experiences. TradeBuddy does not verify or endorse trading ideas, performance claims, or results. Nothing on TradeBuddy is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

8. User Interactions

TradeBuddy does not conduct background checks, verify identities, or endorse members. You are solely responsible for your communications, transactions, and meetings with other users, whether online or offline.

9. Premium Membership

TradeBuddy may offer Free and Premium memberships. Pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable payment platform. Refunds are available only where required by law or platform policy.

10. Intellectual Property

TradeBuddy owns the service, software, code, branding, logos, designs, and original materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where applicable law expressly permits.

11. Suspension and Termination

TradeBuddy may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity. You may permanently delete your account through the app or the public account-deletion page.

12. Changes to the Service

TradeBuddy may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be experimental and may change without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeBuddy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeBuddy disclaims all warranties, including availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and compatibility with every device.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeBuddy is not liable for trading losses, investment decisions, lost profits, user content, user disputes, in-person meetings, service interruptions, data loss, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.

If liability cannot legally be excluded, TradeBuddy’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Premium Membership during the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeBuddy, its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your interactions, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

TradeBuddy may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable payment terms, form the entire agreement between you and TradeBuddy regarding the service.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating TradeBuddy. The final legal business name and governing jurisdiction will be inserted before public launch.
