Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium Membership

TradeBuddy Premium is offered as a recurring subscription. The price, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing platform used for the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or the policies of the payment platform used for the purchase.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact TradeBuddy Support with the transaction date and amount. Do not share full card, bank, or UPI credentials.

Failed payments

A failed payment does not activate Premium. If a renewal fails, access may be limited after any grace period provided by the payment platform.
